Innovation Leadership Assessment Results
The assessment revealed several innovation management strengths within the teams, such as customer-centricity, commitment to learning, and openness to new ideas. However, there are areas where the teams can develop more, such as self-reflection, accountability by empowering decision-making when it comes to owning innovations, engaging with external networks of knowledge, and calculated risk-taking to improve problem solving and creative capacity when learning new things.
